I want to return the goods, it does not suit my requirements. What should I do?

According to the laws of the Republic of Estonia, it is possible to return the goods to the seller within 14 days after purchase. The goods must not be used.

Is it possible to pick up the goods ordered the next day?

Under each product is a delivery time that the customer can track. If the product is marked “In stock”, it is possible to receive the goods the next day by prior agreement. Omniva will also deliver to the parcel machine or by courier within 1-3 working days within Tallinn.

How can I see how long the delivery time is and when will I receive the entire order?

As stated in the previous section, there is a separate delivery time under each product, which the customer can monitor himself.

How do I get an invoice?

The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after placing the order. The invoice is also a warranty document.

Where can I go if the product is damaged?

How long does it take to repair the product?

The duration of the repair depends on the nature of the problem. It usually takes 3-4 weeks.

How soon will the order be accepted?
