General conditions

The owner of margitsalk.com online shop (hereinafter the Online Shop) is OÜ Trimastar (registry code 11511399), located in Pärnu maantee 154, Tallinn.

Validity of sales contract, item and price information

Terms of sale are valid when purchasing goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of products sold in the online shop are indicated on the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the manner in which they are delivered. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods can be found in the Online Shop directly at the goods.

Place an order

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of delivery of the products. The amount of the charge that can be paid securely through the following payment methods is then displayed on the screen:

  • Bank links in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay

Nb! When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – payment by bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and payment by credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card information. The agreement enters into force as of the receipt of the amount due in the online shop’s current account.

The owner of the online shop is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered in connection with the expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) shall be returned immediately, but not later than within 14 days of the notification being sent.

Delivery

In order to receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Omniva parcel terminals, Smartpost parcel terminals, delivery by courier or pick-up by way of prior agreement to pärnu maantee 154 Tallinn.

The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed at the shipping method.

Intra-Estonian shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 5 working days of the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 30 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the online shop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted to test the goods in the physical store.

In order to return the goods, an application to withdraw from the purchase of the goods must be submitted by e-mail to the info@margitsalk.com no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.

The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the matter, whichever occurs earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a method of delivery different from the cheapest method of delivery offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop does not have to return to the consumer a cost that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to error.

Right to submit a complaint

The online shop is responsible for the lack of conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which occurs within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months of the transfer of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of the transfer. Rebuttal this assumption is the responsibility of the Online Shop.

The buyer has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest if a defect occurs, by sending an e-mail to info@margitsalk.com or by calling +372 5375 9971.

The online shop is not responsible for any defects caused after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Shop will return to the buyer all fees related to the sales contract.

The online shop shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.

The online shop will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a request by entering the e-mail address on the website and announcing his wish to receive direct mail messages.

The Buyer can at any time opt out of the offers and newsletters sent to e-mail by informing us by e-mail or following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they must be sent by e-mail to info@margitsalk.com or by calling +372 5375 9971

If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms and conditions of the procedure can be consulted and the application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the competence to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission shall be free of charge.
